This half bathroom renovation proves that small spaces can make the biggest statement. Inspired by the moody charm of a speakeasy cocktail bar, we transformed this once-basic powder room into a bold, unforgettable experience layered with texture, personality, and dramatic design.

We added custom board & batten trim along the lower half of the walls and paired it with a playful black-and-white wallpaper featuring floral details and artistic figure sketches for a look that feels both elevated and unexpected. The walls, cabinetry, crown molding, and faux tile ceiling were all finished in a rich deep green—almost black—creating an immersive, high-end atmosphere throughout the space.

Brass fixtures and accents brought warmth and contrast, including updated sink hardware, pendant lighting, towel holders, and decorative details. A uniquely shaped backlit mirror adds a modern artistic touch above the vanity, while a neon “Take a Seat Sweet Cheeks” sign and custom brass wall art complete the speakeasy-inspired vibe with just the right amount of attitude.

The result is a moody, stylish powder room that feels less like a bathroom—and more like a hidden cocktail lounge tucked inside the home.
